Who do you think ended Cassandra's life?!

    • Emma

      Il y a 4 jours

It was Allie. She wanted power and killing Cassandra meant she could got everything she wanted. That and the parallels between them and Sam and Campbell, who said he never had one day to himself when Sam was born, and it’s the same for Allie when Cassandra got her heart condition.

Have you noticed the laurel and torch symbol on the name board at the end? There are two at the top and they are upside down. That, and also the coin flip from the beginning (which was the opposite than what was in the play, before this happened), might hint something about where they are? Or maybe the opposite meaning of the laurel and torch symbol has something to do with their dissapearance? It's definitely a hint.

Yellow ribbons symbolize prisoners of war, maybe that's why we see the parents wearing them in the end scene, because the kids were actually taken. Maybe they are being used as a punishment for something the parents did, and until the parents right their wrong the kids will continue being the "prisoners of war".

I just read a reply on a comment that said pfieffer meant pipe in German which links to the pied piper where a town was suffering from a rat infestation (the equivalent of the smell problem in westham). Then the pied piper (who I believe to be like pfieffer) tells the mayor, like in westham, that he will solve the problem. He then leads the rats (the children) to a place where they drown/die so I believe that pfieffer plan was to lead the children to new ham where they would hopefully die as revenge for the mayor not paying him the money he was owed for getting rid of the smell.

Ok if you go back and listen those are NOT high heels. It is a slow walk and sounds like a man's sounds like a big heavy foot, not the sharp sound of a high heel. Go back and listen around 57min into E3. And if it were her mom she would have said "momma please don't" or something more personal. That is not the reaction of her mom or sister shooting her and that is NOT what high heels sound like. It is a heavy large shoe not a high heel just listen for yourself.

The parents obviously want those kids dead - that’s why there’s a wall with their names on it. No parents who want their kids back just believe that they’re dead when they’re really missing. Kids will he missing for 20 years and parents are still searching for them. The parents put them there - the parents didn’t pay for the smell to go away. The smell is bad and hurtful, the parents sacrificed their kids.

  28. Deep Consciousness

I don't think they're dead. Their names might all be on the wall because the town thinks they're most likely dead since 200+ high school students suddenly went missing, so the parents made some kind of memorial. Also, I think this Pfeiffer guy is some rich dude who made a replica of the town, which is somewhere else, maybe still on earth and in their original universe. And he was able to take them there by drugging the students. It's kind of like the part from Now You See Me 2 when the Four Horsemen are taken from their escape tube in America to Macau, seemingly in an instant.

Also when they said the satellites were gone then how in the actual hell could they contact each other?! that means no reception or something so therefore this is all mixed up and the alternate universe is just a dream. i meannnn cmon we would all LOVE to have a place where no parents or anybody who was an adult be with us. enjoying life, having sex, having fun, no responsibilities ect.. just a theory

I have so many questions and I want to know what you guys think tbh. (Also, I realized that the characters that were or are the major deal in the series aren't really the main protagonists like that, because even the side characters are like main protagonists if you look at it correctly lol) 1. How can the dog transfer between the parallel worlds? 2. Does the solar eclipse mean anything special? 3. Is time different in the parallel worlds? 4. How did the bus driver bring them to the parallel worlds? 5. What's with the odd smell, is it a sign of something mysterious and in which could have brought them there? 6. Looking at the end with the chart of the names and saying, 'We Remember Them', I don't think they are dead rather than they think they are. 7. This kind of reminds me of Coraline (just saying) between two parallel worlds and stuff like that. 8. I feel like the smell was some kind of warning or a sign that this was going to happen. 9. What's with all the grown ups disappearing and having only teens there? Yes, I know they were the ones initially on the bus, and weren't there 4 buses, because I don't think one bus can fit all those teens, who were the other bus drivers, are they working with the strange guy that drove the bus Cassandra, Kelly, and Allie were on? 10. Why were they transferred to that parallel world? 11. Why has this parallel world been accessed? 12. What is the purpose of the parallel world, honestly. 13. Do these teens hold something that the strange guy doesn't want the others to know and which he split them from their parents and others as to get rid of them, or hide something from them? 14. Why was Sam and Campbell's relatives (I forgot who it was exactly I think it was their uncle or someone else) within this? 15. The smell removal disappeared for some time but then came back, why is that? 16. Those words on the wall that Grizz read, and it disappeared when they went to the parallel world, do you think there is something to reverse like reading it backwards or finding some new kind of graffiti around the place or something else like a book that could help them, or some map, honestly?

My theory is phipher the man in the photos and bus driver is the German tale pied piper of hamlen only instead of luring the rats away he's a mystical being who feeds off of kids before they reach a certain age, who the parents of the town made a deal with probably for money, status, and security and since this is taking place in New England look for a connection to settlers much like the village of Roanoke & when it came time to pay the piper the parents reneged on the deal thus the piper took the children to an alternate realm .. the dog is a Gestaltwandler aka ( shapeshifter ) who in German folklore could travel through different planes of existence and was said to either be bringing warnings or offerings further evidence of this is the dog shows up through key important moments of the series one being to (warn ) Cassandra b4 she was killed, then appeared to Elle and (offered) comfort because she was lonely! The ending was a little bit trickier for me and then It hit me this is not the first time their parents have made deals with the pied piper and the children allie's mother was reading to (Neverland) need I say more about that one! those children are to replace the old ones and that while several years have passed on our plane for the teens time has stopped on their's!

Highly unlikely that the mother would kill her own child just to see how some wacky experiment goes, THE most logica theory is they are in another universe cause you can see the dog is alive and i highly doubt the dog can travel from the land of living to the land of the dead.. it's obvious it has to be a portal somewhere!!

  41. Blue Fire

    Blue Fire

    Il y a 2 mois

I have a few theories like maybe they are in a parallel universe and they accidentally traveled through a black whole or portal or something that made them go into that world or maybe the parents and government are testing them to see who’s capable of living in the way they are and to see who’s capable of being a leader but at the same time I’m thinking why wud they put their own children at risk of dying for an experiment?

  42. Circeee

When you die in New Ham you'll be back in the real world. Cassandra's name is still there on the last episode maybe because even though she's back on the real world she haven't met her parents yet (maybe she arrived on a different city or even country). Idk this is just my theory

Maybe the parents had an amnesia/had their children erased from their universe, and the "We Remember Them" are the teen's names they remember in their heads but don't remember meeting them/having them? If so, the smell could be a part of that. And the teens maybe are in a town similar to west ham far away from their actual town? Or, it could be a town in thsir dream. And when they wake up, they'll be in their actual town and their parents will remember them?

  60. ispeakdesign

    Il y a 3 mois

Okay.... Here's my theory: 1. The kids are definitely somewhere else (not enough clues to know so either in a big lab experiment like the Truman show, or another universe, etc). But people from the original world can go to and from this place. Bonus - the dog does. 2. Campbell is mental(ish) but is not actually hurting Elle. There's no scene that shows him doing this apart from choking Elle in the bath. The rest indicates that it's him but there's no proof. In reality Elle is quite mental, hurting herself and manipulating everyone, hence why he keeps saying that she's like him. In fact he really cares about her and started this whole qu just to get her back. Watch Elle's smirk face on episode 10 that says it all. Bonus - he didn't kill the dog! 3. Campbell is the father of Becca's baby but probably doesn't know it. Becca won't tell anyone especially Sam (Campbell's brother). Little nod to this is when Kelly (I think) say's to Sam "he has your eyes". 4. Cassandra was not shot by Dewey but by instead a parent or someone from the original world (could be how the dog got through). All signs point to Dewey not being strong enough to do it even though he wished and claimed to have done it. 5. They're not alone. Enjoy
